Captured amount with no transaction ID

Hello to All,

Lately I have been receiving orders with PayPal express checkout with no transaction ID.

The orders go thru normal but payment has never been received. I called PayPal and they don't even see the orders.

Customers don't get any error when making the transaction

Customer also receives an email order confirmation from magento thinking the  order has complete, but have never made payment

This is happening 2 out of 5 orders

Any idea why this is happening? please help!!

Have you managed to find a solution?

Because I'm experiencing the same issue: a few orders have status complete and a 'capture amount' comment in the history tab but no payment has been made and there is no transaction id nor any transaction information..
