Customer receives an initial decline-payment can not be taken. Please tray again or use different method. Gateway rejected. Usually due to an address error.
Customer tries again, also gets a decline after they have corrected address. Message is payment could not be taken. Please try again or use a different payment method. Cannot use a payment method more than once.
The error message pop up quickly and the disappear.
Does anyone have suggestions or encountered this issue before?
Can you provide more details like which Magento version, Payment gateway, did you check the log, did you check the payment gateway etc?
If you are receiving the payment decline message mean it is coming from the Payment Gateway. PG must have a decline transaction. Looking at that transaction detail you can find more details why those transaction got rejected.
Is it happening to a particular customer or all the customer? Are you setting up a new website or issue appeared out of the blue?
Hmm the reason might be different but it will much better if you make direct contact with support. Because the billing address is very sensitive matter. And it needs to be resolve asap.
