Error with payment Check / Money order

when I try to proceed checkout process with Check / Money order 

I got this error

"An error occurred on the server. Please try to place the order again"

Hi @marianaNc,

You should check your Magento's logs (system, exception and/or debug) to try to find a clue. Also you should check your broswer console when the action is running (you can check the responses to try to find the reason)
