Order status is incorrect after successful transaction

This just happened out of the blue... For some reason after a purchase is made and the transaction went through, the order status says "Pending Payment". I have it set up to say "Processing" after an order has gone through with a successful transaction. I use First Data for online transactions, and everything was working properly a week ago. Any ideas?
