Just wondering if anyone knows of which payment providers may be interested in doing revenue share as part of affiliates/referrals?
Worldpay said they were interested but never got back to me.
Any others?

I don't think there is any payment provider offering revenue share. There is no any payment gateway provides these types of information sharing.
Know of a company that does revenue share for other areas, not sure about the pay part but their parent company has a payment provider. If you send a pm can fire it over to them and see if they get back to you, it's an interesting area for sure.
