We have a website Magento CE 1.9.2.4 having 2 language.
Base: English (US) - because we would like to display English at first visit.
Another language: Chinese (Hong Kong SAR China)
In PayPal Payment Method,
the Merchant Location section,
select the Merchant Country where your business is located.
Hong Kong SAR China
(*If not specified, Default Country from General Config will be used)
But in fact,
when customer select English in Mangeto, then perform payment redirected to PayPal website,
It always display "US"
Is it a bug?
