Paypal info changed

Hi, I'm experiencing some weird things on a magento 1.7 problems.

I realized that paypal payment didn't work, so I checked "PayPal Payment Solutions" informations, the mail was not the mine and that's a really bad thing.

That's an unknow issue or just the site has been hacked?

Any suggestions?

Though things do vary with time but it doesn't mean it should have stop working. Did you try the troubleshoot system. If are unable to resolve the problem after troubleshooting. Than please try to contact your payment support team. Maybe they'll help you in such situation.
