I had a huge problem with PayPal a few months back with a lot of Fraud. I had the gentleman who set-up my magento website remove our PayPal express option. When doing so... something happened and now our shipping options are "unavailable" when a customer checks out. This has been going on for months and my developer is non-existent and will not return my calls nor help with this. We are losing money and need help ASAP! If you can help, please let me know!!! Here is what it says for the shipping option, '
This shipping method is currently unavailable. If you would like to ship using this shipping method, please contact us."
