When You Click to Finalize Order with Paypal, Takes You Back to First Page of Checkout

Hey everyone,

Not sure what is going on. So basically you go through checkout, choose the Paypal option within our checkout. It takes you through the Paypal login, and then brings you back to our Review Order page on our site. When you finally click "Place Order", it takes you back to the first page of our checkout instead of actually placing the order. Any ideas on why it's doing that? My developer can't figure it out.

Just like idea: it's session issue. Maybe wrong urls with/without www or http/https.
