add time in Special Price From Date

Hi,

I need help please in adding date and time in "special_from_date" and "special_to_date" attribute so i can offer special price at certain hours and minutes instead of midnight.

I am running magento 1.9.1.1

Did you check this extension https://www.extensionhut.com/price-scheduler-for-magento-2.html it allow to add time and days as well.
