Shopping cart amount different to payment collected by Sagepay. Fraud or Bug?

ver 1.9.2.4

We've just noticed a transaction where the customer seems to have paid less than they should.  The amount on the invoice and all the associated emails shows 103.79 but when i check the sagepay request logs it is only 3.79 and that is what sage pay collected.  Dont know where to start with this one!

It was a new customer?
