cart empty on payment failure

eco-armour use paypal checkout and suddenly the cart empties itself when people

go to check out. Please help rneol@yahoo.com

First, check the configuration of the paypal into the admin and also check the console if there is any error being dispalyed. Also check the System.log and Exception.log if they contain log of any error. If yes then try to solve that error or you can decribe the error here and we will help you out.
