On all the dashboards I cannot change the date range. If I look into some webinars, there is on the top right side a date picker. However I don't have this in my account. Any reason why?
@soerenhart Which dashboard you are talking about? Can you share some picture?
@soerenhart If your access is restricted to "read-only" for those dashboards, you will not be able to adjust the dashboard time range.
If you do have edit access to those dashboards, but still do not have the option to manipulate the date range at the dashboard level, I recommend reaching out to support. Some of your account configuration settings may need to be adjusted by the support team.
