Coupon usage by product

I need to know what products a coupon code was used against. How would I create that report in Magento BI?

Hi Amy,

In most cases a coupon code is applied at the order-level, rather than associated with a specific product in an order. That being said, you can determine which products sold in an order where a particular coupon code was applied.

Assuming you're working with the standard out-of-the-box metrics in MBI, both the "Revenue by products ordered" and "Products ordered" metrics should have access to a column called "Order's coupon code". If there's a particular coupon code you're interested in analyzing, you can filter the report for that coupon code, and then group by the sku or name to see which products were associated with that coupon.
