I would like to analyse the impact of a certain marketingcampaign during a certain periode and how it impacts our % new customers.
I would like to answer the question; Did blackfriday give us more new customers, then during a normal period?
If I analysed: First time vs repeat orders wwitch gave we a % of e.g. 62%.
But is I look at new customers devided by unique customers in the same period i get 70%.
What is the different and how do in interpret these metrics?
What metric do I need to answer my question?
