I would suggest you to go through with the video tutorial provided by Magento itself, hereby I am sharing the link for the same - https://devdocs.magento.com/videos/

From the above link you will see a few videos uploaded and shared by Magento itself which gives you an idea of how to set up store and products, categories, etc.

Also, there are few training courses available for the business users which is completely free you can look to register and learn from there as well, it is for the non-technical and technical user who is just taking a very basic step towards Magento, here is the link  - https://u.magento.com/free-intro-to-magento-2-for-business-users
