but in my mind the payment group appears blue star. 
The receipt of payment by magento has the No. 100001030 by day 20 of this month. 
I assured shipment between 5 and 7 days, I sent several emails and unanswered.

Magento is just the platform it is built on, they have no control over retailers.

If you cannot contact them, then I suggest you ask your credit card company to reverse the charge. Magento can not do anything and are not responsible for retailers who use their software.
