No me aparecen las categorias cuando doy de alta nuevo articulo

Hola.

Estoy teniendo un problema a la hora de crear un articulo, cuando quiero seleccionar la categoría no me aparece nada, sin embargo, si creo una nueva categoría padre, además de la "Default Categorie" si aparece, pero la verdad es que yo solo necesito una tienda.

Alguien sabe cual puede ser el problema?

I can put products in the categories from categories section, but when i try to create a new product, the categories doesn't show:

@ariasarian4b45 Can you please check which root category you have assigned to your current store?

you can find the configuration at Admin->Stores->All Stores
There select the current store and check the root category assigned.

@ariasarian4b45 So this is the issue.

Instead of "sessa" you have to select the default category as the root category and after that everything will work fine.

Just go to store>all stores

There inside store select default category as the root category.

Feel free to ask if you have any concern.

I also find it strange that next to it it says sessa (ID: 2)
Shouldn't it be ID: 0?

This deconfiguration occurred after deleting the sample files.

@ariasarian4b45 No that's fine, basically the id of default category is 2.

Just want to let you know we don't add products on default category instead we create new category as sub category of default and add products to them.
