Certification not visible on my account nor certification directory

Hi there,

I passed the Magento Developer certification exam on July the 1st, but I'm not on the certification directory and I haven't received any email confirmation or anything. Prometric states that the results should be updated to my account in 24-48 business hours.

After reading the FAQs, I sent an email to certification@magento.com but I didnt get any response. 

Any help? Should I contact Prometric instead?

Hi,

I also did an exam for Frontend Developer and I passed the exam on september 28th of 2016. But i still haven't got a certificate. Also my name hasn't been added on the list of certified developers. I can sent the score report with registration number if needed.

Hi @happy_shopper, we actually stopped sending certificates, after gathering feedback from the community, but it is available as a PDF in your Magento account. If you're not seeing the certification on your account, please contact training [at] magento [dot] com.

I passed my Certification Exam on the 25th of April and I can see my certificate in my Magento Account, but I can't find myself in the Magento directory. Do you know why?
