Certification: unable to Register For Exam

I am trying to register for a Magento exam and I have a problem with shopping cart. When I want to enter a voucher into shopping cart, I get an error message: "an unexpected error occurred while calculating your tax. Please try again in a couple of hours." What am i doing wrong? I contacted Kryterion support and they told that your sponsor has set up a default address based in the United States for their Webassessor profiles.  If you have an address not in the U.S., the system cannot calculate the tax properly.  I tried to create a support ticket, but couldn't find a link to it in my account.

I got that problem too (when I tried to schedule my test on Kryterion).

If I'm not wrong, there could be an issue with your account and your country and/or timezone. As @sherrie said you need to ask specific support to MagentoU. Normally in 1 or 2 business days that will be fixed.
