no sound when play online training

Hi everyone,

I's probably something simple but I'm not getting any sound when I play the online training modules! Has anyone else experience this or do you know what I might be doing wrong ;-)?

@rebecca_watkinsDoes not sounds familiar. Volume can be controlled from different sources for example Browser and you computer. In the same browser if other videos have the sound and without any chance if you do not hear anything from training video then check volume icon on video.

A screenshot or the training video URL can also help in looking into the issue and verify.
