Considering Magento training - have no clear indication of the skill level needed for prerequisites

Hi - 

I'm a full time Magento developer and site manager and have been for the last year and a half. I have built multiple modules that safely extend the store and are coded "the Magento way".

I want to invest in becoming a certified developer but am concerned that my limited knowledge of MySQL structure may be my demise. I understand foreign keys and their purpose but have spent practically zero time developing tables that implement them. The same applies for other, somewhat advanced, MySQL functionality.

Are there any resources that I can crawl through to gauge my working knowledge in order to gain an understanding of where I stand? How should I move forward from here in working towards my certification?
