Does MagentoU team respond???

Any did ever receive respond from MagentoU? It's been couple of days I did not receive any. I receive an acknowledge email where it says that they will respond within 24 hours.

I also tried Skype. No one came online even after waiting for 40 minutes. Anyone has better experience than me?

@Mukesh TiwariThank you for the respond. I did contacted Sherrie couple of days back and she redirected me to training@magento.com.

However, I did receive the response an hour ago after posting here.
