Hi @bla_bla1, if you're still having issues with accessing your account, please let me know. Generally this happens when there are too many failed attempts in one day, at that point you will need to wait 24 hours before you can try again. However, if that's not the issue then we are able to issue a password reset to the account's email address.

it worked for me after did it again in Indigo mode window, maybe the problem was that i use multiple magento site in the same domain for development .. ( dev.doman.com, beta.domain.com )
