How to add certification badge

Im magento certified developer, how do I add cerficitation badge?

Also, in post list view, the title column is way toooooo narrow, could you guys adjust it? The author column does not need that much space as right now.

Does this still need to be done manually, or is there going to be a way to automatically associate the certifications in your Magento account with the forum badges? I'd love to have my developer badge show up,

There should be automatic way if person has certification then badge should come automatically as there is same account.

AFAIK I have a single account

I can see my certificate on "My Account > My Certifications" page, so it looks like some forum related stuff/bug/feature.
