Magento 2 associate developer certification queries

I have already purchased an exam voucher from u.magento.com.
I am from India, so should I take the online exam option or proctored centre exam option?
The online exam timing is only available in the US time zone.
What are the issues may arise if I take the online option?
Are there any system requirements specified?
