Not able to make payment online when buying different courses

Hello Team,

One of our client company based in Holland wants to buy different courses (starting with https://u.magento.com/magento-unlimited-ondemand-track). But it does not take our company credit card or paypal.

They had never problems with this. Is there a way you can look it up, or that someone will contact me?
