Transfer certification to personal account.

Good day,

I was able to get a Magento Developer Plus certification August 3, 2015 in the site number ph78 and I was able to pass the examination, with an over all score of 67. I would like to ask if you can transfer the certification to my account keyrvinous@gmail.com? As I am no longer part of my previous employer, the previous email used is the company email and I don't have access to it anymore. If you could please help me retrieve my certification to my current account keyrvinous@gmail.com? I really need it, and it is my name associated to it. Score report is M70-201.

Attached file is the proof of the examination, I'm sorry but this was the only proof that I have, i retrieve this photo as I was able to send this to a friend but I crashed out the registration number and Magento ID.
