Assessment of the development time of a Magento developer

Hey Community,

i have a question concerning Magento Developers.

I need an estimation from a developer.

I intend to change a point slider so that it is possible to use an input field in addition to sliding the slider.

What do you think with all testings and the development how much time a developer can charge? How much hours especcialy?
