Can't set multi-currency for multi-website

I have CA and US sites, want to display shipping cost for each currency:

CA$20 - CA

$20 - US

But table rate convert my csv rates and I got CA$25 instead of CA$20

Seems $5 added because of handling fee.

Please check table rate configuration from back-end and check handling fee option.

Useless link, why my price converts from one site to another? I want to pay 20$ on US site and CA$20 on CA site - without price converting

Hi @ussorawayf4404 ,

Please check you are not adding any extra handling charges in table rate configuration input for "Handling Fee".

Please check for all website that you are using.

If you have 2 website then you need to upload CSV for both websites.

Refresh the cache and check on front-end.

I have uploaded 2 CSV tables, for each site, but on my CA site CSV data converts from USD to CA USD

For example:

CSV(CA)

20$ (for each region)

But on my site it becomes 25,78$(CA USD)

Hi @ussorawayf4404 ,

If you are using multi currency website and you are facing rate issue due to amount getting converted from csv that you have imported then its because of base and display currency settings.

You can add different csv for table rates for different website.

So, I suggest to add different rate in CA CSV.

Example: For CA all region you can add 15.51 rate in CSV which will convert on front-end and customer can see 20 shipping rate for CA as well.
