Cart Price Rule questions

Cart Price Rule questions

Hi all!

Hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction but I create and manage promotions and I am struggling to get some cart price rules working as I would like them to and unsure if it's even possible to make them work this way. I would like to understand how to make promos work alongside each other, for example:

If I create a 10% discount on sale items only and it is triggered via a code and then I also have a code for £10 off full price items only, it does not allow me to add both into my basket despite having qualifying items for both promos. It only allows me to choose which code I want to use. How I would like this to work is that customers can get their 10% off sale items and use their code for £10 off the full price items in their basket. Both promos are 0 priority and have discard subsequent rules on so they do not work with other promos which I understand is probably where the issue lies but I wonder if anyone knows how to make it work like the above scenario?

Thank you!
Izzy

Re: Cart Price Rule questions

Cart Price Rules are powerful promotional tools used in e-commerce platforms to offer discounts and incentives based on specific conditions set by the store owner. These rules can apply discounts automatically when customers meet certain criteria, such as reaching a minimum purchase amount, buying particular products, or using a coupon code at checkout. Cart Price Rules help businesses increase sales, encourage repeat purchases, and attract new customers by offering flexible promotions of texas roadhouse menu prices like percentage discounts, fixed amount reductions, or even free shipping.
