Hello! - I am a Total Novice in Magento

Hello Everyone!

 

I am a total novice in Magento but would love to learn from you all. I am an SEO/SEM specialist and love working on building brands. Smiley Happy Presently, I am working in a SaaS startup, ImageKit which offers real-time image optimization solutions to websites and apps.

 

While working in this tech startup, the curiosity to learn to code began to evolve in me. So, I want to learn to code and want to explore Magento platform.

Welcome to the community forums.
The best way to start is to ask and try to help into the forums.

You can start diving into the http://devdocs.magento.com/ not only for learning but to correct and improve the docs. Also, you'll find useful information on StackExchange too.

Another recomendation could be to be aware of Magento issues on Github: https://github.com/magento/magento2/issues (if you are technical, of course).
