I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling a little lost. While I hope that these links help, perhaps you can share more information about the challenge(s) that you're facing. Folks like me will be able to better direct you based on that information.
If you're looking to hire someone for a more comprehensive project, someone may be able to help you with that as well. I'd suggest posting a bit more information about what you're looking for. Do you need help upgrading from Magento 2.3 to 2.4? building a custom Magento extension? Redesigning your store? Building a new Magento site to replace an old WooCommerce site? As you can see, there are lots of types of projects, and they require different skill sets to complete.
