How to change header Top Massege welcome and switch stores Font color on the magento

im use porto them but no any option to change font text(welcome massege) and switch stores

i need change header Top Massege welcome and switch stores Font color on the magento

1. Go to Content > Design > Configuration
2. Click Edit at the storeview that you want to change welcome message for
3. Under Header section, edit the Welcome Text field to change the default Magento welcome message
4. Click Save Configuration

Check if do you have this class "greet welcome" you can add css for this class in your css.

If you are still facing this issue, just check your theme folder, sharing here core files folder. 

 /app/design/frontend/Vendor/Module/Magento_Theme/

Same path you have to follow in your theme and add css what you required to change font color
