Hello,

Our business sells spare parts and we find we are being asked a similar question time and time again, no prizes for guessing but the question is "Do you have a spare part for my product?"

9 times out of 10 we have to request pictures from the customer to identify the product, we do this by replying with an email.  The customer then replies with the pictures and details of their product to which we respond with a url link to the spare part that they need.

We are also exploring the angle of our customer service team using ghost accounts on the forum to post the unedited questions of previous customers.

Is there an extension that would allow our customers to ask us this type of question publically on our website?

Thanks for the reply. I have looked at product questions extensions but that's not quite what i am after.  I am looking for an insite forum where customers can ask for help, then we can help them publically and post a URL link to the product they need.  In the hope that the next person looking for the same solution will google their product spare requirement and google will flag our site as the solution.
