Hi all,
I joined the Magento team about 3 months ago as a Sr. UX Designer, based out of the Austin. Among other things, I will be reading and participating in forums, to better understand how we can improve the user experience of Magento products.
The design team will also, from time to time, post to the forums looking for user research participants - either through surveys, interviews, or prototype tests. We are always looking to engage with the community to better understand real world needs, and continuously enhance the usefulness and usability of our products.
