Problem with site

Dear sir

My site build with Magento 2.3.5 however 1)when I want to generate a file I get error 524 from Cloudflare I do not know how to handle it

When I export a CSV file it shows me it's in the process but I can not find it  

Please help

Error 524 indicates that Cloudflare successfully connected to the origin web server, but the origin did not provide an HTTP response before the default 100 second connection timed out. Just increase the 524 timeout up to 600 seconds.
