Re indexing site

Hi

My site its build on the latest version of Magento and hosted by PLEX 

my correct version is PHP 7.2.3 and I try to run a command to reindex, clean and flush and it  that is what I get no such file

Please help

Please try below commnads:

/opt/plesk/php/7.2.3/bin/php bin/magento cache:clean
/opt/plesk/php/7.2.3/bin/php bin/magento indexer:reindex

or 

/opt/plesk/php/7.2/bin/php bin/magento cache:clean
/opt/plesk/php/7.2/bin/php bin/magento indexer:reindex
