Return and refund platform with dashboard for Magento 2

Hi all,

I am looking for a return and refund  platform for Magento 2 with dashboard view and where the customer has access to track in real time if possible.

There is a very interesting solution called Returngo but that is only available for Shopify so I am having some difficulty to find it.

Does anyone use or know some app or extension that can recommend or where I can look for more extensions?

I am not very experienced with coding so I believe that programming at this stage would not suit my needs right now.
