Issue with Adobe Marketplace not working
Every time I try to download an app or extension on the marketplace. It says “an error has occurred please try again later” and starts an infinite loop of being unable to download or add it to my website platform.
I have been trying to get this issue fixed for a month. At first I thought it was the Square Payments download on the Magento Marketplace that was the issue but I’ve realized it was my whole account getting any app or extension on Adobe Marketplace.
There has been 0 help in any way to get my issue with the marketplace fixed and I can’t get a hold of customer care to respond via email, ticket or phone. I am hoping to get this resolved in some way or form since I can’t download the Square extension or make any changes or additions to my website until my marketplace can work again. Any help would be appreciated in getting this resolved, thank you.
Have tried different browsers, incognito browsers and different computers with 0 luck getting it resolved.
