okay i understand !!

As you  have installed on windows server so i am assuming you are using either WAMP server or XAMPP server !!

could you please enable url_rewrite mode from the wamp/xampp server are you using . it will works for you 

also make sure you have .htaccess file in the root directory of your magento 2 !!
