My name is Peter Jaap Blaakmeer but people call me PJ

We're a Magento development agency

 

• What's your role?

Founder, CTO and usually the guy that takes out the trash and does the dishes. My colleagues love me for it. I hope.

 

• What are you looking forward to at Imagine?

I'm not looking forward to it because I'm not going this year! Then why are you in this group, you might ask. Fair question. No answer to that.

 

• Have you been to a Magento event before?

Some hackathons (Firegento, Dutchento, Pre-Imagine and MUG050), some Magento User Groups in NL, Meet Magento NL 2012, Meet Magento NL 2013, Meet Magento NL 2014 (speaker), Meet Magento NL 2015 (speaker & organizer), Magento 2 Seminar Utrecht January 2016 (speaker), Meet Magento Madrid 2015 and Imagine 2015. Upcoming are Mage Unconference Berlin, Meet Magento NL 2016 (organizer) and Developers Paradise 2016 (speaker)!

 

• What's your favorite way to spend your free time?

Hanging out with my girlfriend, playing with my drones, brewing beer at home, hacking away with my Arduino/Raspberry collection, nerding out on Magento 2, playing squash or swimming, man I've got too much stuff going on.
