I highly recommend Stratosphere tower as a place for a drink (or two ). We went there for dinner last year but the food was disappointing. The view is breathtaking and the place is revolving. It's a short cab ride North from the Wynn.

 

Perhaps a great place to meet on Saturday night or Wednesday night?
