Disclaimer: I'm not SEO expert, but here's my two cents:   It will take a long while to get indexed if you have that many pages. I imagine Google has got to see that it's worth it as well. I would do what you can to reduce the number of pages in the index if you want to have larger coverage. Sometimes this error can happen because of a problem with api keys, or a problem with your minimum stability declared in composer. Your min stability looks loose though at alpha so that should be fine.    It looks like one other person had that problem with this package (https://github.com/tawk/tawk-magento-2/issues/3).   Sounds like the issue could still either be a problem with installation process on the host end and access keys or something wrong on the marketplace end for competability with your version of Magento. ... It's going to be a custom system to manage this. Do you have a custom theme that outputs the price on the product page? There's only one setting for showing tax inc and excl in catalog. 1.9 CE doesn't have an FPC. It only has a Block Cache. Are you seeing FPC in the cache management section?   If it's block cache, you'll need to find out which block is being cached because it's that one that'll need the lifetime removed. Looks like the theme that you're using that's providing the minicart isn't compatible with FPC. So you'll need to re-implement it so that it's done client side through an ajax request and a cookie or add a holepunch for the FPC.    Is your FPC from Magento Enterprise or some other extension? ... You can't do this with flat rate alone because it will always be available.    You could do this with a simple table rate solution that replaces your flat rate shipping method.
