Submitted extension is stuck in Awaiting Manual QA during Technical Review

Hello.

My team has created an extension for Adobe Commerce (magento) and submitted it in Adobe Commerce Developer Portal.

It has stuck in Technical Review with Awaiting Manual QA status. It's been over a month since the original submission.

Extension title is: Order & Shipping Tracking Suite

Please help to make sure the process is followed.

After month and a half of waiting we withdrew the submission and reapplied again with the same source code and everything. The extension got processed, reviewed and published to marketplace within 2 weeks => Our shipping tracking extension 

I suggest anyone who stuck in the queue for long time withdraw and resubmit.
