Disable Add to cart button

Hello everyone..

There's no purchasing on the website yet..

so I need to disable shopping cart and checkout..

I was able to disable the checkout through the configurations but I can't find anything about the shopping cart..

I want to hide the mini cart from header and the "add to cart" buttons.

Is there an easy way to do so??

I'm using Magento 2.2.6

Try by disabling the mega_checkout. 

System > Configuration

In the right sidebar Under Advanced, click on the Advanced tab and select disable from the Mage_Checkout dropdown menu.
