Exclude SKUs/categories from subtotal calculation Magento 2

I have cart price rules that exclude certain items from being discounted. I would also like to exclude these items from counting towards the subtotal threshold that I have set for my cart prices rules as well (ex: 15% off orders of $55 or more).

Anyone know how to do this?
