Having Address Verification Issues. Curious about a good fix.

Hey Everyone,

We're having issues with users entering address line 2 information into address line 1 and our verification (via Avatax) not catching it. This is causing large fees from UPS for address adjustments.

I'm trying to find an extension to fix this issue or even just a good example of a site that verifies this properly. Any ideas?

Here's an example of the problem I'm seeing:

User enters ...

Address line 1: 4

Address line 2: 123 Example ln

Address that we try shipping to: 4123 Example ln

I'm using Magento 2.2.2
