Magento Ecommerce features

Hi I am PHP developer but I am new with Magento

 

I am looking to build eCommerce website using magento. I have questions before I take a step.

 

1. I am looking to buy a theme but I want to integrate multi vendor with it. is it possible with any theme? let say I buy a theme and buy multi vendor extension can I integrate them together?

 

2. for my multi vendors I am looking for add account types. one is free so a free user can add 3 products at a time. 2nd is paid who can add 20 products with $20 monthly fees. how can I do that?

Yes, you can integrate. However, if you are new to Magento, don't do this yourself. You might need the expertise of an experienced Magento developer who can install new themes in Magento and have a good understanding of all the features. You can search for a good and reliable Magento development company and hire their services, at least for the integration part. The one I can recommend is FME whose core expertise is Magento development.
