On demand delivery

Do you want field on checkout from where customer can choose delivery date and time?

If yes then you can customize and add new order attribute to checkout.

And yes extensions are also available.

If you can find the on-demand delivery options there are lots of solutions. I found one which provides the delivery option on product page and check-out page and also gives you a range of options in the backend to manage options for the delivery times, cut-offs, undeliverable times, intervals between the order, and more.
